HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

Tracking and Insurance

 

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Dead or alive is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows it has been shipped by carrier. However, we are devoted to fulfilling every order with care. Please use the tracking number sent to your email after your order is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or leasing office before reaching out to our support at thedeadoraliveproject@gmail.com

Most of our items are ready to ship, but some are pre-order.

Pre-order items typically take around 4–6 weeks to be produced and shipped.

When placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to the listed shipping and production times shown on the product page.

 

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are FINAL. At this time we do accept exchanges only if you'd like a different size. If you would like to inquire about a return or exchange please contact our email thedeadoraliveproject@gmail.com

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. All damage claims require clear photo or video proof of:

  • The damaged area

  • The full front and back of the product

  • The packaging it arrived in

Once we receive your photos, we will review the claim and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

Please note:

  • Claims submitted without photos cannot be approved

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the claim being denied by your bank

How to Care for your Garment

-Wash in Cold Water

-Wash the garment inside out 

-Wash with Similar Colors

-Hang Dry Only

Ironing the garments

-Puff Print Design must be turned inside out before ironing over Puff print

-You may iron around the design but never over unless turned inside out
