HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Dead or alive is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows it has been shipped by carrier. However, we are devoted to fulfilling every order with care. Please use the tracking number sent to your email after your order is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or leasing office before reaching out to our support at thedeadoralive@gmail.com

How to Care for your Garment

-Wash in Cold Water

-Wash the garment inside out 

-Hang Dry

Ironing the garments

-Puff Print Desgin must be turned inside out before ironing over Puff print

-You may iron around the design but never over unless turned inside out
